• Payments are to be made before the check out.
• EP rate is mentioned only for Retention purpose, the client/guest has to make the booking from CP basis onwards.
• Also Cancellation before 72 Hours to 15 days from the date of arrival shall be charged 50% of the agreed rate on EP as RETENTION. (GIT & FIT BOTH)
• Cancellation before 15Days of date of Arrival (NO RETENTION)
• Also Cancellation within 72 Hours from the date of arrival for all Hotel Ascot properties shall be charged 100% of the agreed rate on EP as RETENTION. (GIT & FIT BOTH)
• Child below 5 years of age will not be charged.
• Child 5 years OR above to be charged with rates mentioned above.
• The Rates given above are in INR i.e Indian National Rupee.
• CPAI -Breakfast Inclusive Plan.
